The driveshafts must be fixed to the power take-off of the tractor (PTO, Power Take Off) and of the user machine (PIC, Power Input Connection): EUROCARDAN offers different types of fastening to satisfy the various application needs.

Given that the driveshaft associated with a user machine has characteristics of transmissible power, length and associated safety devices which make it suitable only for use on that machine, it is inadvisable to use the same shaft on different machines. For this reason, usually at the end of use, the shaft is released from the PTO of the tractor and is left attached to the PIC of the machine. To facilitate this operation, the driveshaft is equipped with a "rapid" coupling on the tractor side, while on the machine side it is preferable to opt for a more stable coupling.
