The new Quick-Pin yoke quick coupling system is the result of careful planning, in-depth research and numerous experimentation cycles, which place it at the forefront of the common coupling systems on the market.
GS CENTRALISED GREASING SYSTEM
The GS automatic greasing system allows quick lubrication while the transmission is installed on the machine in transport or working position. The lubricant, pumped into the fitting next to the inner yoke, flows into the distributor and then into the independent passages to the holes created in the inner drive tube from which it escapes to expand between the contact surfaces.The Eurocardan PLUS line is characterised by technical innovations which allow its use in harsh conditions; the lubrication intervals are increased up to 100 hours, thus managing to satisfy the needs of professional users.
Go to the Plus lineThe common homokinetic transmissions resolve the problem of manoeuvrability and steering speed but also require frequent lubrication to guarantee their functioning over time.
The new PLUS homokinetic universal joint has exceeded the limits by increasing the lubrication intervals on a weekly basis (every 50h for normal use, extendible under certain conditions up to 100h).
The cardan transmissions of the MASTER line satisfy a wide range of application needs for agricultural machines that require low and medium power to be operated. EUROCARDAN cardan joints can be electronically balanced for operations with rotations different from the standard values.
