DRIVESHAFT ASSISTANCE AND REPAIR

The multifunction cardan bench (BCM) responds perfectly to the needs of assistance centres for the repair of transmission shafts, as it allows, with simplicity, the performing of operations such as extraction/insertion of the tubes from/into the yokes for each dimensional series and type of tube as well as the disassembly of cross worn out by the joints.

The bench has been designed to accommodate 4 workstations, each dedicated to a specific operation, in a single structure. In this way, set-up times are reduced to almost zero as all that is required is to move from one station to another, already equipped, to perform all the operations.

The bench is equipped with universal tools and fixtures, such as the particular self-centring vice, which allow it to be adapted to all types of tubes, yokes and safety devices. The bench is also equipped with all the tools needed to perform the common mechanical repair operations on the driveshafts.
