As with the entire Master and Plus line, the possibility of creating safety devices suited to the product to be designed is also envisaged for customised products.
Many safety devices, made for some of our customers, have been designed to withstand high workloads and extreme powers.
Devices for extreme powers
MACHINES AND OPERATOR SAFETY
LDRF: it is an automatic re-engagement safety device designed for extreme powers (up to 15,000 Nm), bi-directional (works in both directions of rotation) and with phase re-engagement, i.e. which, by re-engaging only once per turn, guarantees the timing of the mechanical transmission after its intervention. It has been specially designed for a customer based on the technical requirements demanded by important agricultural machinery.
LN-RF: it is a combined safety device, i.e. consisting of the LN safety device and the RF freewheel. This device guarantees the transmission of torque from one direction only (the other direction of rotation is idle) thanks to the RF while the LN limits the transmissible torque to a pre-set value. Ensuring precise and safe working of the machinery on which it is fitted.
Transmissions for extreme extensions

These products have been designed to meet needs where the transmission is subjected to particular elongations. Such as the case of a lateral drive for a special agricultural mulcher. It has a "traditional" driveshaft on one side and an adjustable roller bearing shaft on the other. The product guarantees high torques and transmission speeds together with a high transmission elongation ratio that cannot be achieved by normal cardan transmissions.
In other cases, rigid type supports have been designed which are used to transmit motion between 2 or more transmissions.
